## Discrepancy

#4 RADIO WOULD NOT XMIT MORE THAN 1 MILE WHEN IN FLIGHT. ON GROUND AT AIRFIELD, RADIO OPERATES OK. AFTER TAKEOFF, WAS UNABLE TO TRANSMIT TO TOWER ON #4 RADIO. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED RT-5000 TRANSCEIVER HAD WEAK XMT/RCV. REMOVED AND REPLACED TRANSCEIVER IAW 145MMS-015.
