## Discrepancy

DURING START RUN-UP ENG NR 2 BLEED VALVE WOULD NOT INDICATE ON CAD BEFORE TAKEOFF. MTF MOC REVEALED #2 BLEED VALVE INDICATED CLOSED AFTER START. DURING THE BLEED VALVE CHECK, THE LIGHT DID NOT INDICATE THE VALVE OPENING OR CLOSING. REMOVED AND REPLACED BLEED VALVE IAW SAFRAN ENGINE MAINT MANUAL 75-31-00-900-804-A01.
