DURING IFR FLIGHT, GARMIN NR 2 WHEN ATTEMPTING TO SELECT OBS SUSPEND AT HOUND AND AGAIN AT POPER, THE GPS WOULD SEQUENCE TO THE NEXT WAYPOINT INSTEAD OF SUSPENDING. ATTEMPTED THREE TIMES TO SAME RESULT AND TRIED ONCE ON THE NR 1 GARMIN. AFTER TRYING NR 1 CREW NOTICED THERE WAS NO CROSSFILL TO THE NR 2 AND VICE-VERSA. T/F EVAL FOUND WHEN NR 2 GARMIN IS PLACED IN OBS SUSP AND A COURSE IS SELECTED REGARDLESS OF WAYPOINT LOADED, THE SYSTEM REVERTS TO A COURSE OF 070 WITHOUT PILOT INPUT AFTER 2-3 SECONDS. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 GARMIN. MOC SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED.
