## Discrepancy

DURING START RUN-UP, HEAT MESSAGE DID NOT APPEAR ON DISPLAY DURING BLEED HEAT CHECK. OUTSIDE AIR TEMP WAS 1 DEGREE C. REMOVED AND REPLACED HEATER EJECTOR ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 21-41-00, 4-1. MOC SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED.
