IN FLIGHT TRIM ACTUATOR FAIL MESSAGE WITH BACK UP SAS AND YAW TRIM CIRCUIT BREAKER POP. UNABLE TO RESET. DURING RECOVERY FLIGHT, AP WARNING FLASHED WITH GONG AND "Y", "R", & "P" INDICATIONS ON PFD. THE FOLLOWING MESSAGES WERE DISPLAYED ON THE SCROLL PAGE OF VEMD LANE 2: "ARINC YBKURT" "YBKURT INVAL" "YBKURT DEF" "PITEMA 1INVAL" "YAWEME INVAL". REMOVED AND REPLACED SEMA ACTUATOR IAW AMM 67-20-00, 4-14.
