NO BLEED VALVE FLAG INDICATED ON ENG 1. A TEST FLIGHT EVAL FOUND #1 BLEED VALVE FLAG INDICATES IN REVERSE OF WHAT CONFIGURATION THE BLEED VALVE IS OPERATING IN. WHEN BLEED VALVE IS OPEN, THE FLAG INDICATES CLOSED. WHEN THE BLEED VALVE IS CLOSED, THE FLAG INDICATED OPEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED BLEED VALVE IAW EMM 75-31-00-900-804-A01.
