PDX- RIGHT HAND INBOARD CABIN SEAT TRACK HAS 1 HI-LOK ON THE INBOARD FLANGE THAT HAS THE HEAD UNDERFLUSH.  REPAIRED IAW HORIZON AIR EA 9-53-605.
