## Discrepancy

SEA - EMERGENCY AND EVACUATION LIGHTS ILLUMINATED IN THE ARM POSITION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHTING CONTROL PANEL RELAY.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
