CHERRY RIVET AT INBOARD EDGE OF NR 5 FLAP TRACK FITTING SIDE ANGLE THROUGH LOWER SKIN DOES NOT HAVE SHOP HEAD.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RIVET IAW Q400 SRM 51-42-45.
