GEG - FLIGHT 2356 IN CRUISE PHASE OF FLIGHT, RUD TRIM WENT FULL RIGHT UNCOMMANDED.  CREW NEUTRALIZED SITUATION AND RAN CHECK LIST, AND PULLED CIRCUIT BREAKERS.  REPLACED AILERON/RUDDER TRIM PANEL.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
