## Discrepancy

PDX - RETURNED TO FIELD, FIRST OFFICER'S SPEED BUGS WILL NOT SET PROPERLY.  AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY.  REMOVED AND REPLACED AIR DATA REFERENCE PANEL.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
