SEA FLIGHT NR 2269, PROP HEAT WILL NOT TURN OFF.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED 361-K1 RELAY.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
