SEA - NR 2 ENGINE TORQUE LIMITED DUE TO HIGH ITT.  MAINTENANCE SECURED TRIM RESISTOR HARDWARE.  NO PARTS REPLACED.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
