PDX C4 - ON TRAILING RUDDER, THE UPPER FLANGE OF THE LOWER RADIUS ROD MOUNT HAS A GOUGE (INSIDE WHERE ROD END IS LOCATED).  REPAIRED IAW DHC-8 RD 8-51-103.
