GEG FLIGHT 2355: PROP DEICE CAUTION LIGHT REMAINS ILLUMINATED WITH PROP DEICE SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION ON RAMP.  MAINTENANCE PERFORMED OPS CHECK.  NO DEFECTS NOTED.  NO PARTS REPLACED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
