PDX - FOUL ODOR THROUGHOUT CABIN AND FLIGHT DECK WORSE DURING TIMES PARKED AT GATE AND ALSO DURING APPROACH AND LANDING.  CLEANED REFUSE AND SPILLED BEVERAGES FROM GALLEY WASTE CAN AREA.  CLEANED FLOOR.  NO FURTHER ODORS NOTED.  NO PARTS REPLACED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
