DEN - FLIGHT 4207 - RECEIVED A DCU 1 INOP MESSAGE AND ALSO A AURAL WARNING.  RETURNED TO THE GATE.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NR 1 DCU.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
