SEA - FLIGHT 2059 - BAGGAGE SMOKE DETECTOR WARNING WILL NOT TEST.  MAINTENANCE PLACED ON MEL 26-8A.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. ON 2/14/08, THE SMOKE DETECTOR WAS REPLACED.
