SEA - FLIGHT 2100.  AFTER DEPARTURE, NOISE NOTED AFTER GEAR RETRACTION.  TOWER REPORTED NOSE GEAR DOORS OPEN.  RETURNED TO FIELD.  UNEVENTFUL LANDING.  FOUND RT FWD NLG DOOR SPRING AND CONTROL ROD BROKE.  REPLACED.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.  RETURNED TO SERVICE. (A)
