## Discrepancy

SEA - SMOKE IN FLIGHT DECK 1.5 MIN AFTER TURNING ON WINDSHIELD HEAT.  SMOKE CAME FROM TERMINAL BLOCK ON FO'S WINDSHIELD.  FO'S WINDSHIELD REPLACED.  RETURNED TO SERVICE.
