ON PREFLIGHT NOTICED NR 1 PROPELLER APPEARED TO BE UNFEATHERED WITH THE ENGINE SHUTDOWN. MX REPLACED THE NR1 OVERSPEED GOVERNOR. OPS CHECKS GOOD. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
