ON PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, FOUND NR 1 PROP HAD NOT FEATHERED.  REPLACED NR1 ENG OVERSPEED GOV IAW AMM 61-20-26-000/400-801.  OPS CHECKED NORMAL NO LEAKS NOTED. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
