## Discrepancy

AFTER SELECTING GEAR DOWN THE NOSE GEAR UNSAFE AND TRANSIT LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED ALTERNATE EXTENSION.  LANDING UNEVENTFUL.  REPLACED THE NOSE GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR.  RETURNED TO SERVICE.
