RUDDER TRIM CENTERING SPRING BROKE INFLIGHT.  RETURNED TO THE FIELD.  LANDING UNEVENTFUL.  REPLACED THE TRIM CONTROL PANEL IAW AMM 27-13-16-000/400-801. CHECKED GOOD. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
