## Discrepancy

ON START UP #1 ENG TOOK APPROX 1 MIN TO COME OUT OF FEATHER.  ++REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPLACED #1 ENGINE PCU. PROPELLER FEATHERS AND UN FEATHERS WITHIN TIME LIMITS. OPS CKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
