FA EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH GUARD IS BROKEN. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FOUND PIN DETACHED FROM RECEPTACLE FOR THE SWITCH GUARD @ FA EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH. RE SECURED PIN TO RECEPTACLE AS NEEDED NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
