DETACHED LIGHTING PANEL WITHOUT DISCONNECTING, INSPECTED BEACON SWITCH FOUND NO OBVIOUS DEFECT, NO BURNING NOTED AND NO HEAT INDICATION OF WIRING OR SWITCH NOTED. RE SECURED LIGHTING PANEL. UPPER BEACON LIGHT WORKING NORMAL, LOWER BEACON LIGHT ON DEFERRAL REF LP 951803.
