FA REPORTS CHEMICAL SMELL AND SOAPY WATER IN BOTH GALLEY AND LAVS. NO SPECIFIC ODOR. MADE THEM COUGH AND CHOKE. POTABLE WATER ISSUE. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FLUSHED POTABLE WATER SMELL CLEARED NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED. NO PARTS REPLACED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
