FA REPORTS THAT L1 DOOR WILL NOT ARM CORRECTLY.  REMOVED FROM SERVICE. PERFORMED GVI ON L1 DOOR.  PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK ON ARMING LATCH, OPS CHECK GOOD.  NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
