STEERING DISENGAGED MOMENTAIRILY FOR TWICE WHILE WAITING TO CROSS A RUNWAY. CYCLED THE PARKING BRAKE TO REGAIN STEERING.  REMOVED FROM SERVICE. INTERROGATED CMC, NO CORRELATED MAINTENANCE MESSAGES/FC. PERFORMED STEERING HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OPS TEST, TEST PASSED. REF W/O 363694, N/R - 00001 FOR WORK PERFORMED.  RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO PARTS REPLACED.
