PDX - LOUD NOISE AFTER GEAR RETRACTION.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO FIELD.  NOSE GEAR RIGHT FORWARD DOOR CAME UNLATCHED.  LATCHED DOOR AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
