## Discrepancy

PDX - EMERGENCY LIGHTS FLICKER ON TAKEOFF ABOUT THE SAME TIME STANDBY HYDRAULIC SWITCHES ARE TURNED OFF.  POWER SUPPLY PS1 AND PS2, CONTROL BOX AND CIRCUIT BREAKER 1 AND 2 REPLACED.  LIGHTS OPS CHECKED GOOD.
