SEA - PROPELLER AUTO FEATHER SYSTEM FAILS FUNCTIONAL CHECK.  REPLACED 15VE COCKPIT OVERHEAD PANEL.  COMPLIED WITH OPERATIONAL CHECK OF PANEL, CHECKS GOOD.  PERFORMED PROPELLER AUTO FEATHER CHECK, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.  NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
