## Discrepancy

PDX- NR 2 FIRE EXTINGUISHER WILL NOT TEST.  INSPECTED AND FOUND LOOSE TERMINAL AT PLENIUM.  REPLACED TERMINAL AND RESEALED BOOT.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
