SEA - NR 2 ENGINE FLAMED OUT AT 300 FEET ALG ON APPROACH.  REPLACED HMU FUEL PUMP AND LP FUEL FILTER, NO DEFECTS NOTED.  LEAK CHECKED, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
