NR 2 BLEED AIR HAS A OIL SMELL TO IT.  INSPECTED SYSTEM AND REPLACED CABIN TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER AND CLEANED WATER SEPARATOR SOCK, OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
