PDX- AFT SMOKE DETECTOR LIGHT STAYS ON.  MAINTENANCE REPAIRED BROKEN WIRES 2612-4A22 AT CONNECTION 2612-P2.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  NO PARTS REPLACED.
