FUMES COMING OUT OF AIR VENT IN CABIN. DECLARED EMERGENCY, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER PARKING, SMELLED FROM FLIGHT DECK VENT.  PERFORMED E1 AND 2 RUN UP, BOTH BLEED OPS CHECKS GOOD.
