## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED LANDING GEAR WOULDN'T RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF FROM PHL, DECLARED EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO PHL WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE AND CYCLED THE GEAR PER EMB AMM, A/C WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.
