CREW REPORTED SLAT FAIL MESSAGE DURING CLIMB OUT, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO FIELD AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED RT SLAT 3/4 HARNESS, PER AMM, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
