CREW REPORTED THE AFT FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT DOES NOT HAVE A STEADY RED LIGHT.  MAINTENANCE RE-SECURED AFT FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT CHARGING BRACKET PER EMB AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
