CREW FOUND THE R1 DOOR SLIDE DEPLOYED.  ACFT WAS FLOWN VIA MAINTENANCE FERRY AND MAINTENANCE R & R THE R1 DOOR SLIDE IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.  ACFT IS GOOD FOR SERVICE.
