## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED THAT THE AUTOTHROTTLES FAILED AND THEY COULD NOT GET THE GUIDANCE TO LOCK.  CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE RESET ACFT POWER IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.  ACFT IS GOOD FOR SERVICE.
