DURING HEAVY CHECK, WAS REPORTED THAT FRAME 16 LT SHEAR WEB IS CORRODED.  MX DOUBLER AT THIS LOCATION WAS R & R IAW SRM 51-40-02.  PN 170-12118-001 DOUBLER.
