## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED THAT THE CAPTAIN`S FLASHLIGHT WOULD NOT CHARGE.  MAINTENANCE FOUND BROKEN WIRE IN THE BASE OF THE CAPTAIN`S FLASHLIGHT AND R & R CAPTAINS FLASHLIGHT BASE IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
