F/A REPORTED A ELECTRICAL ODOR IN THE CABIN.  CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED, WHERE THEY LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOOT, R & R SPDA DC POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT IS GOOD FOR SERVICE.
