CREW REPORTED THAT THE CAPTAINS FLASHLIGHT WAS NOT CHARGING.  MAINTENANCE PLACED ON MEL AND LATER R & R CAPTAINS FLASHLIGHT IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
