CREW REPORTED THAT THE F/O WINDSHIELD SHATTERED.  AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND CREW DIVERTED, WHERE THEY LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE R & R F/O`S WINDSHIELD IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
