CREW REPORTED THAT THE L1 DOOR WAS HARD TO CLOSE.  ACFT WAS FLOWN VIA MAINTENANCE FERRY WHERE MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED DOOR AND R & R LOWER LINER ASSY IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
