DURING HEAVY CHECK, FOUND CRACK ON NR 1 ENGINE INBD THRUST REVERSER TRANSCOWL UPPER FAIRING DEFLECTOR PANEL, CRACK LENGTH 3.0".  EAMS MAINTENANCE REPLACED PANEL WITH NEW PN CF34-55-0746-LH.
